1. Select products, collect them in the shopping cart and correct them.
In our online store you can select products from the range offered by us, and collect them via the button "add to shopping cart" without obligation in a virtual shopping cart, which you can view at any time via the link "shopping cart" with the shopping cart icon. You can change the selected products in the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the plus or minus or change or delete them by changing the quantity in the shopping cart.
If you agree with the selection of your goods in the shopping cart, please click on the button "Checkout" and you will get to the input of your data.
2. Input of your data
In the section "Information" you can enter your e-mail address, through which you will receive information about your order and your address data, to which the goods should be sent. It is not possible to create a customer account.
After you have finished entering your data, please click on "Continue to shipping".
3. Shipping method and shipping costs
We ship exclusively within Germany and ship with [...]. You can find an overview of the shipping costs under "Payment and Shipping". Please click on "Continue to payment".
4. Choose payment method
We offer you the possibility to pay by Paypal or by credit card. Please select the desired payment method.
At this point, if the shipping and billing address are different, you can specify a different billing address. Please click on "Review order".
5. Order overview and completion of the order
Here you will find an overview of the items you have placed in the shopping cart and the costs you will incur, delivery address and payment method. Please check if all information is correct. By clicking the button "Buy" you make a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart at this time and send your order to us.
6. Order confirmation
For your information, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail, which lists your order once again; this e-mail does not yet represent an acceptance of your offer, but serves exclusively to inform you that we have received your order.
7. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of our goods in our online store does not constitute a binding offer on our part. With your order you make a binding offer to us. When a contract between you and us is concluded depends on the payment method:
If you choose the payment option "PayPal", a contract between you and us is concluded when you have completed the payment process at PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg.
If you choose the payment option "Credit Card (Powered by PayPal)", a contract between you and us is concluded when you have completed the payment process with the respective payment service provider.
8. Payment methods
When ordering through our online store, we offer two ways to pay for your goods: by PayPal or by credit card.
a) PayPal: If you have selected the "PayPal" option during the ordering process, you will be taken to the PayPal page immediately after completing your order. Please log in there and follow the instructions from PayPal.
b) Credit card: If you have selected the "Credit card" variant during the ordering process, enter your credit card details in the corresponding input mask. The payment will then be executed via your payment service provider.
9. Storage of the contract text
We store the contract text and send you the contract documents by e-mail.
10. Legal liability for defects
For all products that you can order in our online store, the statutory warranty rights exist, unless otherwise provided in § 3 of our terms and conditions.

The contract language is German.
12. Complaints/online dispute resolution

13. Consumer arbitration
